For the reasons outlined in the Mobile Phone and Smart Wearable policy, we ask Junior School students not to bring digital devices to school. However, as some students travel long distances on school buses, or transfer between services, we understand that some parents may wish their child to carry a mobile phone or smart wearable to ensure their safety.

The Head of Junior School will review each request and make a determination regarding the reasons given. The Head of Junior School reserves the right to revoke any permission for a child to bring a mobile phone or smart wearable to school, should the child abuse the privilege or use the device inappropriately at school.

Any devices brought to school must be handed in to Student Services on arrival at school and collected at the end of the day. The school will take appropriate care of the device during the day, but will take no responsibility for any damage that might occur to the device between leaving home in the morning and returning home at the end of the day.
