Staffing Announcement: Head of Secondary School
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Brown as our new Head of Secondary. He will commence his role in Term 1 next year.
Of his appointment, Andrew said,
“Christian education is a wonderful gift from God, where we can partner together as staff, parents and students to honour God and make him known in our community.
I am looking forward to joining Calderwood to continue this good work of Christian education. It is a privilege to work in unity to form a community of people who are transformed by the gospel through our teaching, our practices and our relationships.
I look forward to getting to know everyone.”
Andrew comes to us from Illawarra Christian School, where he has held the role of Director of Teaching and Learning for the past four years. With a background as a maths teacher, he has previously also worked at Shellharbour Anglican College and William Carey Christian School. Andrew is married to Karina, and they have three teenage children.
We look forward to welcoming Andrew to Calderwood in 2025!
